Smōk opened a location Monday in Fort Collins on the Foothills purchasing district.
That is the third website for the barbecue restaurant and the primary outdoors of its Denver base. The three-year-old chain has places in RiNo and at Junction Meals Corridor.
Government chef and proprietor Invoice Espiricueta labored with Chef Steve Redzikowski at Acorn in Denver and at Oak in Boulder. Previous to that, he labored at Nobu in Dallas and Bluestem in Kansas Metropolis, Missouri.
Smōk’s rotating menu consists of burnt ends, turkey, pork spareribs, rooster, brisket, wings, sausages, smoked meat sandwiches and “southern-influenced sides [and] house-made pickles,” a press launch stated.
“Chef Invoice executes an easy-going barbecue-joint vibe with the excessive expectations of a fine-dining chef,” the discharge stated.
Drinks embrace beer, “boozy slushies and balanced cocktails.” There are eight TVs and room for 155 folks within the restaurant and on the patio.
